An enormous number of people have got wet here over the years, including many American aircrew, stationed at Burtonwood, in its day the biggest US air force base on foreign soil, and also (it is likely) Bob Hope, otherwise a rather dry figure, among many other ranking celebrities to visit the men and women in uniform in Burtonwood during the 1939-45 war.
The woman in yellow is of course not one of these: too late and with modern chemistry to protect her, much too prepared.
