Dear Lorraine
The other day I caught a train from Manchester to Birmingham. Waiting for the train were two young women. One wearing a Bench full-length coat with hood up, drawstrings tied tight and flap fastened tightly over her face. She was totally concealed wearing knee-length black leather boots and black leather gloves.
Her friend was wearing a large jet-black Alpha Industries snorkel parka fully fastened with the snorkel pulled very tight. Black jeans boots and gloves. When the train arrived they got on and sat down. I sat opposite them.
When the train started the girl in the Bench coat undid her hood, face flap and coat zip - to reveal a green Bench woollen hooded sweater, designed with a hood that zipped up to totally enclose the face. This she had unzipped enough to reveal two eyes but nothing of her face. Her friend in the snorkel parka remained totally zipped up all the way to Birmingham.
A woman ticket inspector came along asking for tickets and chatted to the girls asking where they were going. They said they were going to the new Bullring shopping centre to look for ankle-length hooded coats. The ticket inspector said she wore German Army gortex hooded jackets and trousers to and from work every day. She always wore the hood up with only an inch gap for her eyes.
They all agreed hoods gave them a great buzz.
A very interesting and enjoyable journey for a male visitor to your site.
Peter
