Wear your hood up!

H.M.Government have again issued a warning about skin cancer caused by going bare in direct sunlight.

This year the O Zone Layer is very thin over the British Isles. Skin cancer effects the head in particular.

Wear your hood up!

Do not take off your snorkel parka, hoodie, dufflecoat balaclava, neckwarmer etc because you think it is getting warmer. A bit of sweat won't hurt you skin: cancer will.
