A £130 million redevelopment of the "campus of land formerly owned and operated by the Charles Macintosh & Co Ltd Rubber Works" is underway in Manchester.

Macintosh Village, phoenixed from the Macintosh Mill and the cluster of derelict factories and warehouses around it at the back of the Oxford Road Station, is the heart of the new Southern Gateway to Manchester.
