She's not due for another 3 hours 47 minutes. I'm forcing myself to wait here in the hotel. But at 2.30 I will go down to the waiting room, and at 4.00 I will go to the platform.
I have left my phone at home, with my other clothes. I won't let her ring and cancel.
She must come.
She will. And she will be wearing the other mac we bought, the twin of the one I am wearing. And we will fling our arms round each other, twins, and kiss; and feel each other's longing, and hug again; and come back up here, the two of us, kissing and clinging and gazing and touching; and that will be the end of everything else.
