A proper uniform for your Secretarial College must consist of a properly starched, white cotton, button-down collar, long sleeved Oxford dress shirt, with the top two buttons unbuttoned, with a navy blue silk ascot with white pindots tied around the neck, a navy blue wool, belted (with a black leather belt) skirt, white panty hose stockings and black leather boots that are knee high.
Of course, a classic beige Burberry or London Fog Trench Coat is to be a part of and top this uniform off! The Trench Coat must be buttoned, at least the first three buttons starting from the bottom, and most importantly of all, the belt must be fastened properly in the buckle, and drawn tight around the waist. The end of the belt must not hang loosely, it must be properly inserted in one of the belt loops. The collar of the Trench Coat MUST be turned up at all times.
The Trench Coat MUST be worn going to and from classes. Permission must be received from your instructor upon entering class to take off your Trench Coat, and if permission is granted, your Trench Coat must be properly placed on a wooden hanger. Your Trench Coat MUST be worn at all times while on campus! Any infringement of this dress code would immediately result in severe discipline, which could include corporal punishment, and, as a last resort, expulsion from the Secretarial School, and seizure of your Trench Coat !
