We offer traditional raincoats, including made to measure.
We use traditional rubberised materials and polyurethane and we sell these by the metre too.
We sponsor Lorraine's Rainwear Club which celebrates the cult status of the traditional 'mackintosh'.
We are trying things out on ebay. We think this will introduce us to people, and give us an easy way of selling once-off things that are a bit off our standard range. Our friend Rajkumar is always trying new things out - what a hero!- and quite a few specials end up on the rail - unusual sizes, experimental styles, try-out rubberised materials (only rubberised materials I may say, we've not gone crazy) - and some 'seconds'. I like the thrill of an auction so the way things are shaping up already there will be some huge bargains to be played for. (If things go too well auction-wise I might lose my enthusiasm for them I suppose...) Lorraine. |
