Ever so slightly sticky
Dear Lorraine
My favorite material is pvc:
- it's ever so slightly sticky, skin sticks to it's surface and so does other
similar material. smooth and unblemished, and of course as is very common
the shinier the better.
- the smell is very distinct, almost over powering. When my " collection"
has been in an enclosed area for a while the smell builds up and becomes even
more potent. The smell is just very distinct to times I have spent with the
material and items of clothing.
- backed pvc the likes of which is found in most pvc clothing makes an almost
squeaking noise when rubbed together whereas unbacked pvc, used in macs, makes
a much more subtle noise.
- the colours that I most enjoy are either very shiny new black pvc or in
macs I like bright pinks and reds, in opaque or transparent. I also like glass
clear rain macs. almost there but not if you see what I mean.
- when I was about six a female friend and I use to play in her bed room with
a semi transparent blue plastic mac. she would put it on me back to front
do it up and then pull the hood over my face and tie up the hood fasteners,
cover my face with soft plastic, and then play surprisingly unsexual games,
we were only young.
- from quite a young age I have also been excited by certain types of plastic
bags, mainly the ones that mimic the feel and touch of the plastic used in
plastic macs - soft plastic bags eg Next bags, or ones from Gap - I like anything
that feels soft and sensual when placed on my skin.
- I love the feeling of putting on a cold plastic mac. It causes my whole
body to shudder. It then becomes like a second skin as it heats to my body's
temperature and then the wonderful feeling as the plastic heats me more and
keeps me warm and moist.
- I have only really had experience of newly made macs. I guess that people
into rubber have more nostalgia attached to their garments, with me the newer
looking and fresher the better.
- Watch or wear?: I like both equally
I hope this information is of use. I'm really interested to know if there are
other people at my kind of age with similar experiences (I'm 24).
