Heavy rain meant protection from the elements was essential, and Ayshea flew the flag for raincoat lovers everywhere with a full-length, belted mackintosh and high heels.
“When I looked out of my house on Ladies’ Day I couldn’t believe how grey the skies were. But to me it wasn’t a nuisance, more of a good excuse to get belted-up in a stunning mac and prove just how lovely wearing one is.
“I had no choice but to wear one, and I certainly had plenty of envious looks from the ladies and interesting glances from the men. Wearing it while walking down Ascot High Street was terrific,” Ayshea says.
The mac and cape lover believes rainwear is more sexy and stunning than even the fashionistas give it credit for.
